24 hours after the policy effective date for
accidents.

| Waiting Period for Cruciate Injury |
6 months for cruciate injuries and patella defects.
They will waive this exclusion if your veterinarian issues a certificate of health stating
that your pet has been examined and does not have any pre-existing conditions related to the cruciates or patellas.
This must be done within the first 30 days of coverage.

been clearly diagnosed, are currently in remission, are seasonal or being controlled via prescription medications."
